os meus hábitos de pesquisa e escuta de música centram-se sobretudo nas horas perdidas (ganhas!) na internet. são os tempos que correm, mais rápidos e ágeis, com tudo o que isso tem de bom e de mau. tem de bom, claro, o fácil acesso, mas de negativo o facto de tamanha abundância de oferta nos limitar o tempo que dedicamos ao que vamos achando valer a pena ouvir.
“two thousand”, o 3º álbum dos nova-iorquinos French Kicks, foi um disco que me chamou a atenção no ano passado, embora tenha passado por ele à velocidade de um click. agora que me chegou a casa a um preço decente (leia-se, a menos de 10€), ouvi-lo com o “som todo” revelou-se (como quase sempre acontece) uma grande surpresa.
com um Verão de atraso, mas pouco importa; é um grande disco!
